Your project's data

Everything WordPresto shows you about a project reads from one persisted intelligence layer, and two surfaces make it visible: Visual Intelligence, the full-width map on the Command Centre, and Project Home, the readiness view. Neither ever invents a number — where data is missing, you see why, and what to do about it.

Visual Intelligence

Visual Intelligence sits on the Command Centre (with a show/hide toggle) and opens with an at-a-glance strip — pages, clicks, rank and traffic tiles with sparklines wherever a genuine daily series exists. Below it, lenses group the panels:

• Overview — a triage strip and quick wins.
• Search — the Search Console explorer, combined Google and Bing search data, and SERP analysis with local rank and competitor coverage.
• Content — all crawled pages, links and images, the topical treemap and the relationship map, plus cannibalisation findings with a remediation path.
• Analytics — traffic over time and Site Signals, your first-party behavioural data.
• AI Visibility — answer-engine visibility and LLM mentions (see “AI visibility”).
• Site Health — crawl health and the technical audit trend, plus uptime monitoring.
• Opportunities — prepared work and recommendations, the “what to do next” view.

Empty states are honest and specific: until real data exists, the map lists each source’s actual state in plain English — not connected, mapping required, no data yet, reconnect required, explicit action required — rather than showing an empty chart.

Project Home

Project Home is the readiness view: each connected signal (Search Console, GA4, Bing, keyword enrichment, Core Web Vitals) with an honest status badge, its last refresh and the one next action that would improve it; scanned-page memory; and a summary of confirmed and suggested learning rules.

Populating data

Populate project data pulls safe, read-only data from your connected sources into the project: scanned pages and the latest crawl, keyword sets, Canvas decisions, Search Console and GA4, Google Ads and Local Services reporting reads, and Bing. Paid enrichment and large crawls always stay explicit — the button never spends credits on your behalf. The same ingestion also runs automatically every six hours for recently active projects, so a healthy project stays current without you pressing anything.

Recommendations and prepared work

On the Writer Dashboard, Prepared for you holds reviewed-and-ready items assembled from real recommendations, the latest audit findings and internal-link opportunities — each with a one-click action, and nothing runs or writes until you confirm it. Recommendations shows readiness blockers and opportunities, with two explicit metered actions when you want more: generate ideas, and find gaps (which compares real search demand against your real pages).
