How Word Presto works

Word Presto builds a living intelligence model of your website or writing project, gives you a central Canvas to work in, routes specialist Workers around that work, and prepares approved content for publishing. The writer stays at the centre. These guides follow that spine.

1. Start a project

A website project learns your domain — its pages, queries, analytics and technical health. A writing project focuses on a single piece.

2. Connect your data

Search Console, GA4, Bing, your CMS and your repository. Where data is missing, the product says so rather than inventing it.

3. Work in the Canvas

Create, import, edit, proof and review in the central rich editor, with specialist Workers suggesting changes you accept or reject.

4. Review and publish

Nothing leaves the Canvas unapproved. Approved work is prepared for your website or your social channels, on your explicit action.
